Rules, competitions and prizes Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race 2023/2024, Spain
Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR is a company, legaly and sanitary-veterinary authorized with full rights of rasing, supporting, as well as organizing pigeons competitions.
The company is registered in TRACES system, wich gives rights of importing and exporting pigeons from and around the world. The pigeons transporting cars are sanitary-veterinary registered and approved with GPS system. Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR holds a sanitary-veterinary authorized quarantine and laboratory unit.
Contest pigeons at EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR must wear genealogy ring of year 2023 and be a member of a well know fanciers federation.
Contest pigeons must be at least 4-6 weeks old, they must be able to eat and drink by themselves when delivered to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR.
It’s mandatory that the pigeons to be vaccinated, at least for paramyxovirosis, but it’s recommended to be vaccinated also with: Columbi 2 (Paramyxo + Herpes).
All collected pigeons will be vaccinated against Circuvirux and Adenocoli and will follow a prophylactic program during the adaptation period. After the end of collection period the pigeons will be revaccinated against Paramyxmovirosis, Adenocoli and Poco. At pigeons delivery a certificate that mentions the vaccines will be handed over.
The pigeons will be handed over along with their pedigree and ownership documents.
By handing over of the pigeons towards EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR, it is also handed over the property rights in all shapes, EMP becoming the rightful owner.
The contestant will pay a 10 euro per pigeon fee, as delivery fee. The contestant pigeons will be sent to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR only with approved carrier. We don’t take pigeons that are delivered by unapproved carriers.
The pigeons will be kept in quarantine, by breeders, for a week time before being introduced into the loft. If there will be pigeons with issues during the quarantine time, their owner will be promptly informed and he will decide what should be done next; the pigeons will be urgently replaced or he will send the same number in the next competition, for free. The pigeons with issues will be tested, so there is no doubt on their condition.
The pigeons will be gathered directly from participants’ loft or from rightful owner of the EMP. From the time of handing over the pigeons towards the contestant and their entry in quarantine time, it won’t last more than 72 hours.
It is mandatory that on handing over of the pigeons, the pedigrees and the ownership title to be handover, a bank account for prizes payment, a telephone number, an email address for fast communication as well. The handover of the pedigrees can be done also by post mail until the 31st of October 2023, the latest.
The organizer reserves the right to change the competitions calendar according with weather conditions.
Participation fee:
Participation fee is 900 euro/team. The team is made of 10 activated pigeons (6 paid pigeons+4 free registration pigeons).
The participants who sign up with less than 6 pigeons, will pay a registration fee of 150 euro/pigeon, minimum 2 pigeons registred.

The prizes payment will be made in RON, in Romania, at the exchange rate of Transylvania Bank on the day when the prizes are paid.
The prizes payment, of the amount due from the auction, will be made the first week of MAY 2024, according with the law. The right owner of the amount will be in charge with the bank taxes and transfer.
The taxes of the prizes will be according with the laws existing at the payment time!!!
By sending pigeons toward Europa Master Pigeon Winter Race OLR, it means respecting all the terms and conditions.
After quarantine, which lasts one week, the pigeons will be allowed into the loft. The pigeons will follow a prophylactic and vaccination program and will adjust with the loft and with the indoor and outdoor of the cage.
The pigeons will be received between 01.07-22.10.2023.
Collecting dates are:July 08-09th, August 19- 20th, September 23-24th and October 21-22th. The pigeons will receive the electronic chip and the genealogical ring will be hidden by wrapping at the entrance into the loft.

On boarding, the fanciers who want are allowed to check for their own pigeons. The checking will be made in front of cameras, of the committee and Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR staff.
On the day of the final, until 12 o clock a.m., the participating fanciers are allowed to visit the loft. After this hour, will start the preparations for waiting the pigeons and the fanciers will retire to the specially arranged waiting area. There will be stands, with food and drink for various tastes from the house.
The Final Race will be broadcast online.
The pigeons arrived into the Final, will be sold by auction as it follows: places 1-100 and first 10 AS. The first 100 pigeons returns from the EXTRA Race 620 km, will be auctioned.
All the other pigeons turned back in the Final, whom were not activated for Extra Race together with the pigeons starting with places 101 in Extra Race will be sold to the first buyer (first comes, first served) with 50 Euro /pigeon (25 Euro goes to the owner and 25 Euro goes to the organizer). This condition is available only 1 week (7 days) starting with closing the Final Race. After this period, Europa Master Pigeons becomes owner with full rights of administration of the unsold pigeons.
The rightful owners of the pigeons have priority in redemption, on condition that they announce it and make the payment the first 3 days after competition ends.
For the pigeons sold on Romania online platform a commission of 15% of the sale price will be charged, and the rest will be divided as follows: 50% goes to the participant and 50% goes to the organizer, respectively to Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
For the pigeons sold in West and Asia the commission for organizing the auction will be higher. After paying the commission for organizing the auction, the fancier as the first 50% and the organizer 50%, from the remaining amount.
Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR will decide what to do in case of unsold pigeons,
these being its indisputable property.
The pigeons without pedigree will not be rewarded or being paid from auction. Any discussion or handing over of pedigrees after the final is EXCLUDED!
Any amount due or resulting from pigeons without pedigree belongs entirely to the organizer of Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR
All the participants, by handing over the pigeons toward the organizer, assume and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of this regulation.

Between stages there will be others trainings, or if bad condition and health of pigeons will not allow it, there will be suspended.
The training will be done daily, between 10 km and 100 km, with the clock on. The exception will be during the days with extreme atmospheric conditions (torrential rains, strong winds, heat wave, etc.). The trainings will be performed in all 4 cardinal points
Official trainings will be daily, with boarding between 01.12.2023-31.01.2024.
The organizers reserves the right to modify training and competitions schedule, if the situation requires it or in case of force majeure. Any changes will be notified to the participants.

Terms and conditions:
It is calculated the score obtained by the first two pigeons from a team of 5 pigeons, which will be nominated once enrolled in this category. The score is calculated by adding the places occupied by the first two pigeons in a team. The winner is the team with the lowest score.

DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION
The participation fee is 100 Euro / nominated pigeon.
In this category, you can win a DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION or 25,000 Euro, for 300 pigeons nominated for the Semifinals. The car can be won by the pigeon with the best ranking among the 300 pigeons nominated in the Semifinals.
If a minimum of 300 nominated pigeons do not meet, the pigeon with the best ranking will be awarded 80% of the amount collected for this category.
Extra Flight 620 Km!
Prizes worth 25,000 Euros. Prizes are calculated for 300 registered pigeons. These prizes may increase or decrease depending on the number of pigeons submitted in this category. The first 30 pigeons (10% of the participating pigeons) will be awarded.
The participation fee is 100 Euro / pigeon. The first 50 pigeons from the final and the first 10 AS places cannot participate in this category.

The score for the AS pigeon is calculated according to the formula: flight speed.
The sum of the speeds achieved at each stage designated to be divided by the number of stages designated: according to the Benzing criteria.
The wining pigeon is the one with the highest speed, over the 4 HS, the semifinal and the final flight.
Each flight that is taken into account for the classification of AS pigeons ends on the first day of the competition at 20.00 (local hour).
Only with the FINAL FLIGHT the competition ends on the 2nd day at 6 pm (local time).
News: in the 2022/2023 season, the participants will be able to create an account in which they will see their financial situation, the participating pigeons and will be able to bet online. Betting and other activities of this nature will be made according to specific rules. This activity is independent and has nothing to do with financial activity: prizes and money from auctions conducted by European Master Pigeons SRL. Reglamento, formación, concursos y premios en 2023
EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS OLR es persona jurídica, autorizada legalmente y sanitar veterinaria con todos sus derechos de criar, mantener y organizar concursos con palomos.
Esta registrada en el sistema TRACES ,lo que le da derecho a la importación y exportación de palomos en todos los países. Los coches que transportan los palomos también están registrados y homologados sanitar veterinario y llevan sistema GPS. Europa Master Pigeons OLR detiene unidad de cuarentena y laboratorio homologados sanitar veterinario.
En el columbodromo Europa Master Pigeons OLR se puede participar y juntar puntos para:
1.FCI RACING PIGEONS GRAND PRIX
Los palomos que participan en Europa Master Pigeons OLR tienen que llevar anillo genealógico desde el año 2023 y que pertenezcan a una federación colombófila reconocida.
Tienen que tener edad de mínimo 4-6 semanas,que pueda comer y beber agua solo ,cuando se entregan en Europa Master Pigeons OLR.
Es obligatorio tener puestas las vacunas, mínimo contra paramixovirosis,pero es recomendable que estén vacunados con Columbi 2(Paramyxo+Herpes).
Los palomos se entregan con el pedigree y los títulos de propiedad ,una cuenta bancaria para el pago de los premios,un número de teléfono y un correo electrónico para que la comunicación sea más rápida. La entrega del pedigree se puede hacer también por correo ordinario,el último dia siendo 01.06.2023.
Tasa de participación:
La tasa de participación es de 900 euros por equipo.El equipo está formado de 3 palomos activos y 3 palomos reservas. El palomo de reserva puede sustituir cualquier palomo activo ,en el caso de de pérdida, antes de activarlo.
El palomo de reserva hay que activarlo antes de HS1 por la tarifa de 300 euros La activación se hace después de un entrenamiento de calificaciónn de 95 km.
El participante tiene la obligación de formar el equipo y anotar cuáles son los palomos activos y cuáles son los de reserva. Si el participante no lo hace ,los que tienen la mayor serie son la reserva.Los palomos de reserva se pueden activar en cualquier momento.El dinero que se ha pagado por los palomos de reserva, lo que nos encuentran en El Colombodromo en el día de 1 de agosto 2023 me van a ser devuelto integral en el día 5 de agosto 2023.
El Palomo reserva se activa hasta la fecha de 29 de julio 2023. Despues de esta fecha ,desde el día 30 de julio 2023 a las 12 de la mañana el Palomo reserva puede ser activado de terceras personas. El listado con los palomos de reserva cuáles son libres para activación ,se está actualizando diario.
El dinero que se ha pagado por adelantado, para los palomos de reserva, se devuelve el día 05.08.2023 si los palomos no están en la granja en la fecha de 01.08.2023.

El pago de los premios, en Rumanía,se va ha hacer en RON ,en el valor que tiene el cambio bancario en el día que se hace el pago .
El pago de los premios ,las cantidades de la subastas de los palomos,se hace conforme a la legislación en vigor,en la primera semana del mes de febrero 2024.El beneficiario va ha asimilar todos los gastos de la transferencia bancaria.
El impuesto de los premios,si va a ser necesario, se va a hacer según la ley en vigor en el día del pago de los premios.
Al mandar los palomos a European Master Pigeons SRL se entiende la aceptación en totalidad del reglamento.
Los palomos que llegan a la final van ha ser vendidos a la subasta:
De 1-20 y los primeros 10 AS ,en una página en Oeste o en Asia.
Todos los palomos que vuelven de la final van ha ser vendidos en la subasta .
Para los palomos vendidos en una página en Rumanía, se va cobrar un comisión de 15% del precio de venta y lo de más 50% el concursante y 50% el organizador, también Europa Master Pigeons OLR.
Atención:
El dinero que proviene de la subasta de los palomos activados por una tercera persona ,se van ha repartir después de comisión de la siguiente manera:
50% para Europa Master Pigeons y 50% para la persona que ha activado el palomo. El dueño del palomo al que no se le haya activado la reserva pierde cualquier derecho.
Para los palomos vendidos en el oeste o en Asia el comisión de organización de la subasta va a ser mayor.De la cantidad que queda después de liquidar el comisión para la organización de la subasta el criadero va a recibir 50% y el organizador otro 50%.
Los palomos que no se han vendido en la subasta pueden ser recuperados por el dueño en máximo 7 días de la finalidad de la subasta por la cantidad de 30€.Los palomos que no sean vendido se quedan en la propiedad de European Master Pigeons OLR.
Después de la final no se pueden entregar los pedigree de los palomos.Los palomos sin pedigree no van a beneficiar de premios y del dinero resultado de la subasta
Cualquier cantidad de dinero que resulta de los palomos sin pedigree quedan en el poder del organizador European Master Pigeons OLR.
Todos los participantes asuman su obligación de respetar las condiciones del presente reglamento al entregar los palomos al organizador.

Entre las etapas de vuelo se pueden efectuar otros entrenamientos o se pueden suspender algunos entrenamientos si el estado de salud y la condición física de los palomos lo impone.
En el periodo de preparación lo entrenamiento diarios son entre 10 km y 100 km contra reloj.Excepción de los entrenamientos van a ser los días de condiciones atmosféricos extremos:lluvias fuertes,viento fuerte o calor extremo etc. Los entrenamientos se van a
llevar a cabo en los 4 puntos cardinales.
Los entrenamientos oficiales van a ser diarios,embarcando ,entre el periodo del 1 de julio 2023 y 1 de agosto 2023.
Los organizadores tienen el derecho de modificar las fechas de entrenamiento y competición si la situación es necesaria o en caso de fuerza mayor. Cualquier modificación va a ser notificada a los participantes.

LA PUNTUACIÓN en el concurso del palomo AS se calcula con la siguiente formula:
-LA SUMA DE LA DISTANCIA HS1,HS2,HS3,HS4(la semifinal) + la final entre el tiempo que se tarda el vuelo.
La suma de las velocidades realizadas en cada etapa va a ser repartida en las etapas designadas conforme el criterio BBENZING.

Reglamento, concursos y premios Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race 2022 / 2023, España
Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR es una persona veterinaria legal, legal y sanitaria con plenos derechos para cultivar, mantener y organizar competiciones de palomas.
Está registrado en el sistema TRACES, lo que le da derecho a importar y exportar palomas desde y alrededor del mundo. Las máquinas de transporte de palomas también están registradas y aprobadas veterinarias sanitarias con sistema GPS. Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR posee unidad de cuarentena y laboratorio, homologado sanitario-veterinario.
Las palomas participantes en la EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR deberán llevar un anillo genealógico a partir de 2022 y ser de una federación de palomas reconocida.
Debe tener al menos 4-6 semanas de edad, ser capaz de comer y beber agua solo cuando se entrega a la EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR.
Es obligatorio vacunarse, al menos contra el paramixovirus, pero se recomienda vacunarse con: Columbi 2 (Paramyxo + Herpes).
Absolutamente todas las palomas recolectadas serán vacunadas contra Circuvirux y Adenocoli y seguirán un programa profiláctico durante el período de adaptación. Después del final del período de recolección, las palomas serán revacunadas, refuerzo, contra paramixovirus, adenocoli y poco. Al entregar las palomas, se mencionará con qué fueron vacunadas y un certificado al respecto.
Las palomas se rendirán junto con el pedigrí y la propiedad.
Al entregar las palomas a la EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR, el derecho de propiedad en todas sus formas también se entrega al E.M.P. Loft, que se convierte en su legítimo propietario.
El participante pagará una cuota de 10 euros / paloma, como tarifa de transporte desde la sede del participante hasta el desván. Las palomas participantes podrán ser enviadas a Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR únicamente a través de los transportistas acordados por la misma, no asumimos el riesgo de hacerse cargo de las palomas enviadas en condiciones inciertas de transporte.
Las palomas se mantendrán en cuarentena, separadas, en los criadores durante una semana antes de ser introducidas en la granja. Si hay palomas con problemas durante el período de cuarentena, su dueño será informado de inmediato y decidirá qué hacer a continuación, reemplazará las palomas con problemas de inmediato o enviará gratis el próximo año un número igual de palomas con las que tuvieron problemas. Las palomas con problemas recibirán pruebas de laboratorio para que no haya dudas.
Las palomas se recogerán directamente de la planta de incubación de los criadores o del representante legal del palomar. Desde el momento de la entrega de las palomas por parte del participante hasta la entrada en cuarentena, la duración no superará las 72 horas.
Es obligatorio que al entregar las palomas entreguen pedigríes y títulos de propiedad, una cuenta bancaria para el pago de premios, un número de teléfono y una dirección de correo electrónico para una comunicación rápida. La entrega de los pedigríes también se puede hacer por correo postal hasta el 31.10.2022 a más tardar.
El organizador se reserva el derecho de cambiar las fechas de las competiciones de acuerdo con las condiciones climáticas existentes.
Cuota de participación:
La cuota de participación es de 800 euros por equipo:. El equipo está formado por 8 palomas activas (6 palomas de pago + 2 palomas con registro gratuito).
Los participantes que se inscriban con menos de 6 palomas, pagan una cuota de inscripción de 140 euros / paloma.

El pago de los premios en el territorio de Rumania se realizará en RON, al tipo de cambio de Banca Transilvania desde el día en que se paguen los premios.
El pago de los premios, de las cantidades adeudadas por la subasta de palomas, se realiza, según la legislación financiera vigente, en la primera semana de MAYO de 2023. El destinatario del premio correrá con los gastos de transferencia bancaria.
La tributación de los premios se realizará de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes en la fecha de pago de los premios!!!
Al enviar las palomas a European Master Pigeons Winter Race SRL se entiende la plena asunción de la regulación.
Después del período de cuarentena, que dura una semana, las palomas se introducirán en la granja. Las palomas seguirán un programa de profilaxis e inoculación y se acostumbrarán al entorno interno y externo de la jaula.
Las palomas se reciben entre el 01.08 y el 30.09.2022.
Las palomas recibirán el chip electrónico y ocultarán el anillo genealógico envolviéndolo en la entrada de la granja.
La preparación y el lanzamiento de las palomas siempre será en vivo en línea en el sitio web de Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR: www.europeanmasterpigeons.com o www.europeanmasterpigeons.eu así como en la página de Facebook de Europa Master Pigeons OLR: https://www.facebook.com/Europa-Master-Pigeons-OLRs-friends-2300192423421068
Al embarcar, las palomas participantes que lo deseen, solo pueden verificar sus propias palomas. La verificación de las palomas se realizará únicamente frente a las cámaras de vigilancia, la comisión de embarque y el personal empleado por la Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
El día de la final hasta las 12 horas, las palomas participantes podrán visitar la granja. Después de este tiempo, comenzarán los preparativos para esperar a las palomas, y las palomas que participen en la final se retirarán a la sala de espera especialmente dispuesta.
Habrá stands, de forma gratuita, con comida y bebida para diferentes gustos en la casa.
La final se transmitirá en línea.
Las palomas que lleguen a la final se venderán solo en subasta:
Lugares 1-100 y top 10 AS. Las palomas devueltas del vuelo EXTRA Race 685Km se venderán en subasta solo las primeras 100 palomas.
El resto de palomas devueltas de la Final, que no se activaron para carreras extra y las palomas del puesto 101 de Extra Race se venderán a través del sistema de orden de llegada con la cantidad de 50 euros (25 euros para el propietario y 25 euros para el organizador).
Se da prioridad a la redención de palomas: los propietarios de las palomas, siempre que anuncien por escrito y realicen el pago, en los primeros 3 días después del cierre de la competencia.
Para las palomas vendidas en el sitio en Rumania, se cobrará una comisión del 15% del precio de venta, y el resto se dividirá de la siguiente manera: 50% participante y 50% organizador, implícitamente Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
Para las palomas vendidas en Occidente o Asia la comisión por organizar la subasta será mayor. Del importe restante, tras pagar la comisión por organizar la subasta, el criador como primer 50% y el organizador el 50%.
Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR decidirá qué hacer en caso de que queden palomas sin vender, siendo estas su propiedad indiscutible.
¡Las palomas sin pedigrí no se beneficiarán de los premios ni de las cantidades resultantes de la subasta! ¡Cualquier discusión o entrega de pedigríes después de las finales está EXCLUIDA!
Cualquier cantidad de dinero adeudada o resultante de las palomas sin pedigrí va enteramente al organizador de la EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR.
Todos los participantes, mediante la entrega de las palomas al organizador, asumen y se comprometen a cumplir con los términos y condiciones de este Reglamento.

Entre etapas, se pueden realizar otros entrenamientos, o se suspende el entrenamiento, si el estado de salud y la condición física de las palomas lo requieren.
Durante el período de entrenamiento, el entrenamiento se realizará diariamente entre 10 km y 100 km con el reloj encendido. La excepción serán los días con condiciones atmosféricas extremas (lluvias torrenciales, vientos fuertes, calor, etc.). Los entrenamientos se llevarán a cabo en los 4 puntos cardinales.
Las capacitaciones oficiales serán diarias, con embarque, entre el 01.12.2022–31.01.2023.
Los organizadores se reservan el derecho de modificar las fechas de entrenamiento y competición, si la situación lo requiere o en caso de fuerza mayor. Cualquier cambio será notificado a los participantes.

Premios dotados con 25.000 euros. Los premios se calculan para 150 equipos inscritos. Estos premios pueden aumentar o disminuir en función del número de equipos inscritos en esta categoría. Los 15 mejores equipos (10% de los equipos participantes) serán premiados.
La cuota de participación es de 200 euros / equipo siempre que la tarifa se pague hasta el primer Hot Spot.
Condiciones de participación:
Se calcula la puntuación obtenida por las dos primeras palomas de un equipo de 5 palomas, que serán nominadas una vez que estén inscritas en esta categoría. La puntuación se calcula recogiendo las plazas ocupadas por las dos primeras palomas de un equipo. El ganador se llama el equipo con la puntuación más baja.

2º puesto: 5.000 Euros
3er lugar: 3.000 Euros
4º-5º puesto: 1.000 euros

DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION
La cuota de participación es de 100 euros/paloma nominada.
En esta categoría se puede ganar un DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION o 25.000 euros, por 300 palomas nominadas a la semifinal. El coche puede ser ganado por la paloma con el mejor ranking de las 300 palomas nominadas a la Semifinal.
Si no se cumplen al menos 300 palomas nominadas, la paloma con la mejor clasificación será premiada con el 80% de la cantidad recaudada para esta categoría.

Premios dotados con 25.000 euros. Los premios se calculan para 300 palomas registradas. Estos premios pueden aumentar o disminuir en función del número de palomas inscritas en esta categoría. Se premiarán las primeras 30 palomas (10% de las palomas participantes).
La cuota de participación es de 100 euros / paloma. En esta categoría no podrán participar las primeras 100 palomas retornadas de la final y las primeras 10 plazas AS.
