Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR is a company, legaly and sanitary-veterinary authorized with full rights of rasing, supporting, as well as organizing pigeons competitions.
The company is registered in TRACES system, wich gives rights of importing and exporting pigeons from and around the world. The pigeons transporting cars are sanitary-veterinary registered and approved with GPS system. Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR holds a sanitary-veterinary authorized quarantine and laboratory unit.
Contest pigeons at EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR must wear genealogy ring of year 2023 and be a member of a well know fanciers federation.
Contest pigeons must be at least 4-6 weeks old, they must be able to eat and drink by themselves when delivered to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR.
It’s mandatory that the pigeons to be vaccinated, at least for paramyxovirosis, but it’s recommended to be vaccinated also with: Columbi 2 (Paramyxo + Herpes).
All collected pigeons will be vaccinated against Circuvirux and Adenocoli and will follow a prophylactic program during the adaptation period. After the end of collection period the pigeons will be revaccinated against Paramyxmovirosis, Adenocoli and Poco. At pigeons delivery a certificate that mentions the vaccines will be handed over.
The pigeons will be handed over along with their pedigree and ownership documents.
By handing over of the pigeons towards EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR, it is also handed over the property rights in all shapes, EMP becoming the rightful owner.
The contestant will pay a 10 euro per pigeon fee, as delivery fee. The contestant pigeons will be sent to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR only with approved carrier. We don’t take pigeons that are delivered by unapproved carriers.
The pigeons will be kept in quarantine, by breeders, for a week time before being introduced into the loft. If there will be pigeons with issues during the quarantine time, their owner will be promptly informed and he will decide what should be done next; the pigeons will be urgently replaced or he will send the same number in the next competition, for free. The pigeons with issues will be tested, so there is no doubt on their condition.
The pigeons will be gathered directly from participants’ loft or from rightful owner of the EMP. From the time of handing over the pigeons towards the contestant and their entry in quarantine time, it won’t last more than 72 hours.
It is mandatory that on handing over of the pigeons, the pedigrees and the ownership title to be handover, a bank account for prizes payment, a telephone number, an email address for fast communication as well. The handover of the pedigrees can be done also by post mail until the 31st of October 2023, the latest.
The organizer reserves the right to change the competitions calendar according with weather conditions.
Participation fee:
Participation fee is 900 euro/team. The team is made of 10 activated pigeons (6 paid pigeons+4 free registration pigeons).
The participants who sign up with less than 6 pigeons, will pay a registration fee of 150 euro/pigeon, minimum 2 pigeons registred.

The prizes payment will be made in RON, in Romania, at the exchange rate of Transylvania Bank on the day when the prizes are paid.
The prizes payment, of the amount due from the auction, will be made the first week of MAY 2024, according with the law. The right owner of the amount will be in charge with the bank taxes and transfer.
The taxes of the prizes will be according with the laws existing at the payment time!!!
By sending pigeons toward Europa Master Pigeon Winter Race OLR, it means respecting all the terms and conditions.
After quarantine, which lasts one week, the pigeons will be allowed into the loft. The pigeons will follow a prophylactic and vaccination program and will adjust with the loft and with the indoor and outdoor of the cage.
The pigeons will be received between 01.07-22.10.2023.
Collecting dates are:July 08-09th, August 19- 20th, September 23-24th and October 21-22th. The pigeons will receive the electronic chip and the genealogical ring will be hidden by wrapping at the entrance into the loft.

On boarding, the fanciers who want are allowed to check for their own pigeons. The checking will be made in front of cameras, of the committee and Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR staff.
On the day of the final, until 12 o clock a.m., the participating fanciers are allowed to visit the loft. After this hour, will start the preparations for waiting the pigeons and the fanciers will retire to the specially arranged waiting area. There will be stands, with food and drink for various tastes from the house.
The Final Race will be broadcast online.
The pigeons arrived into the Final, will be sold by auction as it follows: places 1-100 and first 10 AS. The first 100 pigeons returns from the EXTRA Race 620 km, will be auctioned.
All the other pigeons turned back in the Final, whom were not activated for Extra Race together with the pigeons starting with places 101 in Extra Race will be sold to the first buyer (first comes, first served) with 50 Euro /pigeon (25 Euro goes to the owner and 25 Euro goes to the organizer). This condition is available only 1 week (7 days) starting with closing the Final Race. After this period, Europa Master Pigeons becomes owner with full rights of administration of the unsold pigeons.
The rightful owners of the pigeons have priority in redemption, on condition that they announce it and make the payment the first 3 days after competition ends.
For the pigeons sold on Romania online platform a commission of 15% of the sale price will be charged, and the rest will be divided as follows: 50% goes to the participant and 50% goes to the organizer, respectively to Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
For the pigeons sold in West and Asia the commission for organizing the auction will be higher. After paying the commission for organizing the auction, the fancier as the first 50% and the organizer 50%, from the remaining amount.
Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR will decide what to do in case of unsold pigeons,
these being its indisputable property.
The pigeons without pedigree will not be rewarded or being paid from auction. Any discussion or handing over of pedigrees after the final is EXCLUDED!
Any amount due or resulting from pigeons without pedigree belongs entirely to the organizer of Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR
All the participants, by handing over the pigeons toward the organizer, assume and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of this regulation.
This is your chance to compete with fair play and best conditions of care for the pigeons, against the best pigeons lovers in the world!
The trainings will start in December 2023 and will continue untill January 2024.

Between stages there will be others trainings, or if bad condition and health of pigeons will not allow it, there will be suspended.
The training will be done daily, between 10 km and 100 km, with the clock on. The exception will be during the days with extreme atmospheric conditions (torrential rains, strong winds, heat wave, etc.). The trainings will be performed in all 4 cardinal points
Official trainings will be daily, with boarding between 01.12.2023-31.01.2024.
The organizers reserves the right to modify training and competitions schedule, if the situation requires it or in case of force majeure. Any changes will be notified to the participants.

Prizes worth 25.000 Euros. The prizes are calculated for 150 submitted teams. These prizes may increase or decrease depending on the number of teams submitted in this category. The first 15 teams will be awarded (10% of the participating teams). The participation fee is 200 Euro / team provided that the fee is paid until the first Hot Spot.
Terms and conditions:
It is calculated the score obtained by the first two pigeons from a team of 5 pigeons, which will be nominated once enrolled in this category. The score is calculated by adding the places occupied by the first two pigeons in a team. The winner is the team with the lowest score.

DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION
The participation fee is 100 Euro / nominated pigeon.
In this category, you can win a DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION or 25,000 Euro, for 300 pigeons nominated for the Semifinals. The car can be won by the pigeon with the best ranking among the 300 pigeons nominated in the Semifinals.
If a minimum of 300 nominated pigeons do not meet, the pigeon with the best ranking will be awarded 80% of the amount collected for this category.
Extra Flight 620 Km!
Prizes worth 25,000 Euros. Prizes are calculated for 300 registered pigeons. These prizes may increase or decrease depending on the number of pigeons submitted in this category. The first 30 pigeons (10% of the participating pigeons) will be awarded.
The participation fee is 100 Euro / pigeon. The first 50 pigeons from the final and the first 10 AS places cannot participate in this category.

The score for the AS pigeon is calculated according to the formula: flight speed.
The sum of the speeds achieved at each stage designated to be divided by the number of stages designated: according to the Benzing criteria.
The wining pigeon is the one with the highest speed, over the 4 HS, the semifinal and the final flight.
Each flight that is taken into account for the classification of AS pigeons ends on the first day of the competition at 20.00 (local hour).
Only with the FINAL FLIGHT the competition ends on the 2nd day at 6 pm (local time).
News: in the 2022/2023 season, the participants will be able to create an account in which they will see their financial situation, the participating pigeons and will be able to bet online. Betting and other activities of this nature will be made according to specific rules. This activity is independent and has nothing to do with financial activity: prizes and money from auctions conducted by European Master Pigeons SRL. Regulament, concursuri si premii Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race 2022 / 2023, Spania
Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR este persoana juridica, autorizata legal si sanitar veterinar cu drepturi depline de a creste, întreține si a organiza concursuri cu porumbei.
Este înregistrata in sistemul TRACES ceea ce ii da dreptul de a importa si exporta porumbei din si in întreaga lume. Mașinile de transport porumbei sunt de asemenea înregistrate si omologate sanitar veterinar cu sistem GPS. Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR deține unitate de carantina si laborator, omologate sanitar-veterinar.
Porumbeii participanţi la EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR trebuie sa poarte inel genealogic din anul 2022 si sa fie a unei federaţii columbofile recunoscute.
Trebuie sa fie in vârstă de minim 4-6 săptămâni, să poată manca si bea apa singuri la predarea către EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR.
Este obligatoriu sa fie vaccinaţi, minim contra paramixovirozei, dar recomandat este sa fie vaccinati cu: Columbi 2 (Paramyxo + Herpes).
Absolut toţi porumbeii colectaţi vor fi vaccinaţi contra Circuvirux si Adenocoli si vor urma un program profilactic, in perioada de adaptare. Dupa terminarea perioadei de colectare porumbeii vor fi revaccinati, rapel, contra paramixovirozei, adenocoli si poco. La predarea porumbeilor se va menţiona cu ce au fost vaccinati si un atestat in aceasta privinta.
Porumbeii se vor preda impreuna cu pedigree-ul si cu titlul de proprietate.
Prin predarea porumbeilor către EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR, se preda si dreptul de proprietate in toate formele, către Columbodromul E.M.P., acesta devenind proprietarul de drept al acestora.
Participantul va achita o taxa de 10 euro / porumbel, ca taxa de transport de la sediul participantului si pana la columbodrom. Porumbeii participanti pot fi trimisi catre Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR doar prin intermediul transportatorilor agreati de acesta, Nu ne asumam riscul de a prelua porumbeii trimisi in conditii incerte de transport.
Porumbeii vor fi ţinuţi in carantină, separate, pe crescători timp de o săptămână înainte de a fi introduşi in crescătorie. Daca vor exista porumbei cu probleme in perioada de carantina, proprietarul acestora va fi informat imediat si acesta va decide ce trebuie făcut pe mai departe, va înlocui porumbeii cu probleme imediat sau va trimite gratis anul următor un număr egal de porumbei cu cei care au avut probleme. Porumbeilor cu probleme li se vor efectua analize de laborator pentru a nu exista dubii.
Porumbeii se vor colecta direct de la crescătoria participanţilor sau de la reprezentantul legal al columbodromului. Din momentul predării porumbeilor de către participant si pana la intrarea in carantina durata nu va depăşi 72 de ore.
Este obligatoriu ca la predarea porumbeilor sa se predea pedigree-urile si titlurile de proprietate, un cont bancar pentru plata premiilor, un număr de telefon si o adresa de mail pentru comunicarea rapida. Predarea pedigree-urilor se poate face si pe cale poştală pana cel târziu pe data de 31.10.2022.
Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a schimba datele competitiilor in functie de conditiile climaterice existente.
Taxa de participare :
Taxa de participare este de 800 de euro per echipa:. Echipa este formata din 8 porumbei activi (6 porumbei platiti + 2 porumbei cu inscriere gratuita).
Participantii care se inscriu cu mai putin de 6 porumbei, platesc o taxa de inscriere de 140 euro/porumbel.

Plata premiilor pe teritoriul României se va face in RON, la cursul de schimb al Băncii Transilvania din ziua când se efectuează plata premiilor.
Plata premiilor, a sumelor cuvenite din licitatia porumbeilor, se face, conform legislatiei financiare in vigoare, in prima saptamana din luna MAI 2023. Beneficiarul premiului va suporta taxele bancare de transfer.
Impozitarea premiilor, se va face conform legilor in vigoare la data plătirii premiilor!!!
Prin trimiterea porumbeilor către Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race SRL se înţelege asumarea in totalitate a regulamentului.
După perioada de carantina, care durează o săptămână, porumbeii vor fi introduşi in crescătorie. Porumbeii vor urma un program de profilaxie si vaccinare si se vor acomoda cu mediul interior si exterior al cuştii.
Primirea porumbeilor se face in perioada 01.08 – 30.09.2022.
Porumbeii vor primii cipul electronic si se va ascunde inelul genealogic prin înfoliere de la intrarea in crescătorie .

La îmbarcare, columbofilii participanți care doresc, pot sa-si verifice doar proprii porumbei. Verificarea propriilor porumbeilor se va face doar in fata camerelor de supraveghere, a comisiei de îmbarcare si a personalului angajat Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
In ziua finalei pana la ora 12, columbofilii participanți pot sa viziteze crescătoria. După aceasta ora vor începe pregătirile de așteptare a porumbeilor, iar columbofilii participanți la finala se vor retrage in zona de așteptare special amenajata.
Vor fi standuri, gratis, cu mâncare si băutura pentru diverse gusturi din partea casei.
Finala va fi transmisa online.
Porumbeii sosiți in finala vor fi vânduți la licitație doar:
Locurile 1-100 si primii 10 AS. Porumbeii intorsi de la zborul EXTRA Race 685 Km se vor vinde la licitatie doar primii 100 de porumbei.
Restul porumbeilor intorsi de la Finala, care nu au fost activati pentru extra race si porumbeii de la locul 101 de la Extra Race vor fi vanduti prin sistemul primul venit / primul servit cu suma de 50 de euro ( 25 Euro pentru proprietar si 25 Euro pentru organizator).
Au prioritate la rascumpararea porumbeilor: proprietarii porumbeilor, cu conditia sa anunte in scris si sa faca plata, in primele 3 zile de la inchiderea competitiei.
Pentru porumbeii vânduți pe site-ul din Romania, se va percepe un comision de 15% din prețul de vânzare, iar restul va fi împărţit astfel : 50% participant si 50% organizator, implicit Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
Pentru porumbeii vânduți in Vest sau Asia comisionul de organizare a licitației va fi mai mare. Din suma rămasa, după achitarea comisionului pentru organizarea licitației, crescătorul ca primii 50% iar organizatorul 50%.
Europa Master Pigeons OLR va decide ce va face in cazul rămânerii de porumbei nevânduți, aceștia fiind proprietatea sa indiscutabila.
Porumbeii fără pedigree nu vor beneficia de premii si de sumele rezultate din licitație! Orice discuție sau predarea pedigreelor după finala este EXCLUSA!
Orice suma de bani cuvenita sau rezultata de la porumbeii fără pedigree revin in totalitate organizatorului Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
Toți participanții, prin predarea porumbeilor către organizator îşi asuma si se obliga la respectarea termenelor si condițiilor din prezentul regulament .
Este șansa ta de a concura, in condiții deosebite de fairplay si îngrijire a porumbeilor, împotriva celor mai buni columbofili din lume!
Antrenamentele vor incepe cu luna decembrie 2022 si vor continua cu luna ianuarie 2023, de la 5 Km la 70 Km.

Intre etape se pot efectua si alte antrenamente , sau se suspenda antrenamentele, daca starea de sanitate si conditia fizica a porumbeilor o impune.
In perioada de pregătire, antrenare se vor face antrenamente zilnic intre 10 Km şi 100 Km cu ceasul pornit. Excepţie vor face zilele cu condiţii atmosferice extreme (ploi torenţiale, vanturi puternice, canicula , etc.). Antrenamentele se vor efectua in toate cele 4 puncte cardinale.
Antrenamentele oficiale vor fi zilnice, cu îmbarcare, in perioada 01.12.2022 – 31.01.2023
Organizatorii îşi rezerva dreptul de a modifica datele de antrenament si concurs, daca situaţia o impune sau in caz de forţă majora. Orice modificare se va aduce la cunoştinţă participanţilor .

Premii in valoare de 25.000 Euro. Premiile sunt calculate pentru 150 echipe inscrise. Aceste premii pot creste sau descreste in functie de numarul de echipe inscrise la aceasta categorie. Se vor premia primele 15 echipe (10% din echipele participante).
Taxa de participare este 200 Euro / echipa cu conditia ca taxa sa fie achitata pana la primul Hot Spot.
Conditii de participare:
Se calculeaza punctajul obtinut de primii doi porumbei dintr-o echipa de 5 porumbei, care vor fi nominalizati odata cu inscrierea la aceasta categorie. Punctajul se calculeaza adunand locurile ocupate de primii doi porumbei dintr-o echipa. Castigatoare este numita echipa cu cel mai mic punctaj.

DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION
Taxa de participare este de 100 Euro/porumbel nominalizat.
La aceasta categorie se poate castiga o DACIA SPRING EXPRESSION sau 25.000 Euro, pentru 300 porumbei nominalizati pentru semifinala. Autoturismul poate fi castigat de porumbelul cu cea mai buna clasare dintre cei 300 porumbei nominalizati la Semifinala.
In cazul in care nu se intrunesc minimum de 300 porumbei nominalizati , porumbelul cu cea mai buna clasare va fi premiat cu 80% din suma colectata pentru aceasta categorie.
Extra Zbor 685 Km!
Premii in valoare de 25.000 Euro. Premiile sunt calculate pentru 300 de porumbei inscrisi. Aceste premii pot creste sau descreste in functie de numarul de porumbei inscrisi la aceasta categorie. Se vor premia primii 30 porumbei (10% din porumbeii participanti).
Taxa de participare este 100 Euro / porumbel. La aceasta categorie nu pot participa primii 100 de porumbei intorsi din finala si primele 10 locuri AS.

Scorul la porumbelul AS se calculează după formula: viteza de zbor.
Suma vitezelor realizate la fiecare treaptă desemnată a fi împărțită la numărul de etape desemnate: conform criteriului Benzing.
Câștigă porumbelul cu cea mai mare viteză, peste cele 4 HS, semifinala și zborul final.
Fiecare zbor care este luat în calcul pentru clasamentul porumbeilor AS se încheie în prima zi de concurs la ora 20.00. (ora locala).
Doar cu ZBORUL FINAL se încheie competiția în a 2-a zi la ora 18. (ora locala).
Noutate : in sezonul 2022 / 2023, participantii vor putea sa-si creeze un cont in care isi vor vedea situatia financiara, porumbeii participanti si vor putea paria online.
Pariurile si alte activitati de aceasta natura se vor face conform regulamentelor specifice. Aceasta activitate este independenta si nu are legatura cu activitatea financiara : premii si bani proveniti din licitatiile desfasurate de European Master Pigeons SRL.
